SureCall SHARP Program

SureCall is always looking for “Sharp” individuals to come and join our team. If you know of someone with a great attitude and work ethic and would be a fit for SureCall, then simply forward their resume to our Culture Champion with the SHARP form attached. If they are hired and have a successful evaluation at 6 months with the company, SureCall will give you a $250.00 bonus on your pay for this referral.

How it works:

Fill out this form with the name and relationship of the individual you are referring for the position. Attach their resume and forward it via email to careers@surecallcc.com

If the candidate has a successful interview and is hired, they must go through 2 evaluations where they score well on the evaluation based on KPIs and the metrics of position. After the 2nd evaluation at 6 months if they meet or exceed the expectations you will be rewarded with a $250.00 bonus on your pay.

You must be employed with SureCall at the time of the 6-month evaluation of the individual in order to receive the bonus.
